Eight individual intensity outlets control a set of 16 pads  (one  positive and one negative) which are placed on selected muscle groups.  The Bel Viso Body Bar 16-pad EMS Electrical Muscle Stimulation Face & Body Toning machine also has a master output dial, which controls a uniform increase or decrease of intensity to all outlets. You simply select the program, start the treatment, set the levels and the machine does the rest automatically.
